- Campground Policies -

- Check out time is 11 am, late check-outs without approval may incur an additional charge

- Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am


- Be respectful of your neighbors and do not walk thru occupied sites

- No swimming in the pond

-Fishing is allowed only for registered guests with the purchase of a trout pass for $15, that allows for the harvest of two fish. 

Two passes/day per campsite/cabin may be purchased.  Barbless hooks only and no catch and release. 


-Speed limit on property is 5 mph and watch for children, dogs, and walkers when driving thru the property

- Two pet maximum with required vaccines and proof of vaccination if needed

- Pick up your dog’s waste and dispose of it properly

- Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, not be left unattended, and have to be under control

- Children must be under adult supervision while on property and parents are responsible for children’s behavior and safety

- Zipline and climbing tower are not in use at this time, please keep off-no exceptions

- Keep campsites clean, tidy and picked up

- Trash is to be contained at all times, self-served, and placed in the dumpster

- No fires outside of the fire ring

- Only firewood is to be burned in fire rings and do not leave fires unattended

- Seasonal guests are responsible for site upkeep with weed eating around campers

- No washing of campers other than seasonal guests which are allowed one time per season as scheduled with owners

- No permanent structures allowed on sites

- No generators or outside appliances permitted

- Absolutely no fireworks

- No washer/dryer use in campers permitted

- Do not nail to trees, decks, or structures or cut standing trees

- No dumping of tanks other than sewer hookups

- No 4 wheelers, side by sides or go-carts permitted

- Each site to accommodate a family with one RV and/or tent with one vehicle, please do not park in empty sites. Overflow parking is available

- Visitors must follow campground rules and are the responsibility of the guests

- Alcoholic beverages are allowed with responsible behavior expected, drunkenness or improper behavior will not be tolerated

- No smoking in pavilions and cigarette butts not to be thrown on the ground

- No loud music at any time

- Use hiking and biking trails at your own risk

- Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave at any time due to violation of rules/laws, disturbance, improper conduct, and/or property damage without refund PCR is privately owned.  All guests hereby release and indemnify PCR, its owners, and employees from any and all liability for damage, theft, or injury to property, persons, or pets while on property.

- Lodge, Studios, and Cabins:

   a. Check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.

   b. No smoking in any property or lodge/studio porches; smoking indoors will incur a $250 cleaning fee.

   c. Dogs are welcome but must be well behaved and be contained when unattended.  A $25 fee dog is required. Max of 2 dogs, please.

   d. Damage to property by guests or dogs will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

-Cancellation & Refund Policies -

Cancellations and Changes:

15 or more days in advance:  10% cancellation fee
3-14 days in advance: 50% cancellation fee
0-2 days in advance: 100% cancellation fee
No shows or after check-in: 100% cancellation fee

Reservation changes requested 15 or more days in advance will be made without penalty.
Standard cancellation fees apply to changes made 14 or fewer days in advance.

No refunds due to late arrivals or early departures
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment
